Stephen Obami is a high-energy, passionate, result-oriented professional and business strategist with wide-ranging experiences and proven track records of achievements with successes in driving traffic, volume, revenue and execution of measurable marketing campaigns while providing visionary leadership, coaching, mentoring and fostering the growth and development of organisations.
He possesses more than 30 years of progressive cognate experience in Sales and Marketing in the pharmaceutical industry with a sustained career progression up to strategic management positions.
His professional history which began in 1995 includes various positions in the pharmaceutical industry: Medical Representative, Senior Medical Representative, Regional Head, Business Manager, Product Manager, Head of Strategic Business Unit, Head of Marketing, and General Manager - Marketing, Marketing Consultant.
Mr. Obami facilitates training and workshops, leads business re-engineering and transformation plans, creates marketing policies and routine practices for the accomplishment of core corporate objectives amongst other strategic deployments.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, an MBA, and is a fellow of Institute of Management Consultants. He is the Founder/Principal Consultant at DHS Advisory and Management Consultants Limited.
Charles Akpona is an action-oriented, confident and very passionate entrepreneur of great repute whose cognate experience spans over 28 years with high level of productivity. He is reliable, thorough in managing complex issues and excellent in closing sales.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and Certifications from Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos Nigeria.
Mr.Akpona started his career in 1993 as a Lecturer at University of Ilorin and thereafter moved to Lagos as the Chief Operating Officer at Basic Shipping in 1995. He later joined JOECH Real Estate Consultants, Management & Construction company Ltd as a Senior Manager for 6 years. Mr. Akpona is currently the Managing Director of Amazing Peace Ltd and the Lead Consultant, Real Estate Consulting at DHS Advisory and Management Consultants Ltd.

Sunday Ashibuogwu is a seasoned banking professional with over 17 years of experience in financial services. He began his career at United Bank for Africa, building expertise in retail and commercial banking, client relationship management, and business development. He later advanced at Polaris Bank (formerly Skye Bank), strengthening his skills in credit administration, risk management, and operational leadership. Holding a B.Sc. in Economics, Sunday is recognized for his integrity, strategic thinking, and commitment to ethical banking and sustainable business growth.
Oluwafemi Somoye is a Nigerian healthcare professional based in the UK, specializing in health and social care management. With a background in Clinical Biochemistry (MSc) and an MBA, he supports children and young people, particularly those with ASD and ADHD, advancing practices around sleep management and care planning. During COVID-19, he led supplement distribution across Nigeria, supporting hospitals and vulnerable communities, increasing company profits and workforce growth at Nature’s Field. A dedicated advocate and fundraiser for over a decade, he champions quality healthcare delivery, inclusion, and innovative disease prevention initiatives across Nigeria and beyond.
